Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the TrueTones mobile application ("App") operated by TrueTones ("we", "us", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TrueTones, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

TrueTones is a mobile application that allows users to preview how their makeup appears under different lighting conditions. The App uses image processing technology to simulate various lighting environments.

Subscriptions

TrueTones offers a subscription service ("TrueTones Pro") that provides access to premium features:

• Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Subscription Price: $0.99 USD per month after the trial period ends.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID account.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

User Content

You retain all rights to the photos you take or upload to TrueTones. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely to provide the App's functionality. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App to process photos of individuals without their consent

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by TrueTones and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

The lighting simulations provided by TrueTones are approximations and may not perfectly represent actual lighting conditions. Results may vary based on your device, camera, and original photo quality.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUETONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
